25th Year Anniversary

Fees are payable per term in advance  – payment date as per invoice

Fees are subject to increase. 

All fees must be paid before the first day of term.

Fees are not refundable except in extreme circumstances. Fees will not be refunded if classes have to be cancelled due to matters that are beyond our control. i.e. adverse weather conditions, problems with hire of premises, illness etc. We will do our best to reschedule, but if this is not possible there will be no refund.

We require written notice confirmation either by letter handed to Rachel or a member of our teaching staff or email with 6 weeks' notice, Please note we always acknowledge in writing when written notice is given. A charge of fees in lieu of notice will be levied on those leaving if the appropriate notice is not given.

Uniform

Pupils are required to wear Showbiz Academy uniform (this must be ordered once your child is attending classes) there is a link to the uniform website (under Uniform on out website) there are lots of different uniform choices to suit your child.  (pupils may wear Dance Trainers for class  but will need to wear Jazz Shoes and for Shows)  

Hair tied back neatly off the face - long hair in a pony tail  or plait

No jewellery to be worn except small stud earrings.

Important information

Showbiz Academy reserves the right to photograph and/or film pupils in our Shows and for promotional material.  

Please notify us if a pupil will be absent from classes – telephone or text

In adverse weather conditions, we will email parents and guardians if our classes are cancelled and put a notice on our Parents and Guardians Facebook Page. 

Showbiz Academy Showcase Performance

At this time there will be additional financial outlay for extra rehearsals and costumes. We always try and  source costumes to find the cheapest price possible and we do not make any profit on these.  Sometimes we manage to hire costumes and where possible get children to provide their own costumes.

Theatre tickets – again we keep the cost to the minimum. Photography & filming of our Show is strictly prohibited –  This is a rule regarding copyright and Child Protection.
